CHANGE POLICY

In the event that there is an error on our part in sending your order, the shipping and return costs are borne exclusively by our store.

According to the Terms of Use, no refunds are made on purchases from countries outside Greece. No refunds are made on products that are on sale or if a discount coupon has been used, but you can make a change to another product of either equal value or if there is a difference in price, you will be given a purchase coupon with the difference in cost for future use.

Change Policy

If you wish to change the glasses you ordered for your own reasons, (e.g. if the glass is not to your liking in terms of color, application, etc.) then within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery (according to the official tracking number of the courier company).

1. Contact us at info@vnyglasses.com with your order number and the reason you want to exchange to a different model and indicate the new model you want to be sent as an exchange.

2. You must send us at your own expense the glasses you want to exchange to the following address:

Odos X, VIPE Heraklion,
P.C. 71601, Heraklion,
Crete, Greece

You must:

Notify us on the first or second day from the day of delivery.

The product must not have been used.

There must be no wear or mark.

The case and all accessories that accompany the glasses must be in their original condition.

The product must be accompanied by all necessary documents proving the transaction (e.g. DAT, Retail Invoice, etc.)

VNY has the right to reduce the cost of the exchange you are entitled to for a new product if all of the above are not met.
Return/exchange packages that are not paid for by the sender will be returned.

3. Send the sunglasses you want to exchange at your own expense. A quality check will be performed and if it is determined that the glasses are in the original condition they were sent, we will send you the new model of glasses you selected.

4. You will be charged for the shipping costs of the new shipment (4€ within Greece), a cost that can be paid either by debit/credit card, or by cash on delivery (+3€ additional cost)

Returns Policy

If you wish not to keep the glasses you ordered for your own reasons, (e.g. if the glass is not to your liking in terms of color, application, etc.) then within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery (according to the official tracking number of the courier company).

VNY is entitled to reduce the amount of the refund if all of the above are not met.
Return/exchange packages that are not paid for by the sender will be returned.


3. After we receive the glasses and they pass quality control, we will contact you to complete the return process. If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be made automatically. If you paid by cash on delivery, we will contact you for a bank account number into which the amount corresponding to the value of the glasses you paid will be deposited (minus any fees that may have been withheld by your bank). The refund will be made within 14 days from the day the glasses are received.
